I am not going to even start trying to understand the goofy naming conventions for this like. There are some smaller Blokees and I think some larger, or at least, fancier ones. I think.
Regular Transformers are not that better about long goofy names though either.
Anyway, Blokees. Sort of the “new hotness” in Transformers, though it seems to be more the smaller blind box toys. I think those small ones look neat but I am so allergic to the idea of blind boxes, I have not actually bought any of the small ones.
I am not really a “fashion person” at least I don’t think, and I kind of though, “I have no idea what 2000s fashion even is”. But then I did some image searches and it turns out I do know what 2000s fashion is, because in typical fashion, I have apparently not really evolved much past it.

Hey look, another post that was vaguely pre teased by the MS Paint post. Mixtapes! Sure, I had CDs when I was making mix tapes, but my old Isuzu Trooper only had a cassette deck. Come to think of it, the Mustang I had after only had a cassette deck too. I had a silly tape adapter to play CDs from a portable player, but still didn’t have a CD burner until much later.
So, I suspect, and hope, that this is just going to become a regular rotating event, especially since the Droid Dex now lists a Mister Bones Mythic as well. Basically, every few hours, there is “some kind of event”. Because if not, its been horribly done.
So, Droid Tycoon is well, a tycoon game. You get a level 1 base, you buy money generators (Droids), and upgrade the base over time. There isn’t really an end aside from collecting all the Droids, you can’t even keep them all, you don’t have the space. I’ve gotten into it enough that I made a spreadsheet…
Off the top of my head, I can’t even come up with a 90s cartoon, though I am sure I watched them. The 90s were much more of my whole “wannabe weeb” phase, which I mentioned during my VHS post of this little series.
Inspired to some extend by the SciFi Channel’s Saturday Anime series. I am pretty sure I watched all of them. Off the top of my head, and keep in mind, this was like, 30 years ago, I remember enjoying the likes of Akira, Gall Force, Tenchi, Armitage the III, and Iria.
Putting the C in NIS Edition, or something. Last week I think I mentioned maybe going to a local music expo thing. I almost didn’t, but decided to check it out a bit that evening. The girls were working at the shop, so why not. It was… interesting, but kind of dull by myself.
The bands I saw were pretty rock and punk themed. I didn’t really catch any full sets, partly because I just, wasn’t super into any of it. All of them I believe were local bands, like in town local. There was a hard rock band playing on the main stage when I arrived, I watched them a bit, then I went in the bar there to the indoor stage and watched a younger band, probably my favorite of what I saw, called House Couch (PS, they have almost zero online presence, no YT I could find and an Insta with like 3 photos), I went back out and this punk band the Soy City Stranglers, who talked like they have been around a while, and seemed to be a pseudo headliner for the whole deal. They were alright as well, but not really my jam. I went back inside after a few songs and caught literally 10 seconds of this extremely loud screamo metal band. Way too loud for inside and my tastes.
