I am not sure where I first came across this set of transforming gun toys, I may have even just came across it randomly browsing Amazon. I do know I was kind of sold on the idea in general, but really sold on it by this absurd as fuck image from Amazon.
Welcome to Blaugust edition. I’m not doing a welcome post, I’ve already done that at least once or twice or maybe thrice now, the basic premise is the same. Something something blog technically from like 1999 on Geocities, something something Ramen Junkie all over the web, something something I supposedly write rambling reviews when I am not kind of irritated and a little bummed out over everything being shitty.
These are starting to get long, its almost like I should just blog smaller posts more.
I have not been following it but I caught the end of the World Cup last weekend while at my parent’s house for a visit. I don’t understand fútbol at all. I mean I do, I get the gist, but like, they added 20 minutes because no one had scored? Then randomly added another 5 minutes? Maybe because the refs kept eating up the clock looking at injuries? Anyway, it was kind of exciting at the end, at least.
There are a couple of events going on in LEGO Fortnite at the moment for some neat builds. One new, one returning.
The Thing from Beneath Event The returning one is The Thing from Beneath, a Ninjago based quest that will earn an Airship blueprint. It starts at the Airship dock with Captain Flintlocke
It looks like my work trips to St Louis are going to continue for the foreseeable future, so I guess I’ll need to work out some sort of fun routine there. Maybe see if there are any good music or collectible shops int he area down there for when I am down that way. Otherwise it’s been a pretty standard issue week. Nothing much special happening, just the usual nonsense.
I wasn’t really planning to do Blaugust this year, what with barely making a post a week these days, but I think maybe in honor of it’s creator Belghast, I will at least throw my hat in the ring.
I am making no real commitment to any number of posts mind you. Though I did, maybe 31 days for the previous two years I participated. Once on [Blogging Intensifies] and once on Lameazoid. Because BI is gone though all those posts are here on this blog now.
